These three-hour introductory courses were developed to give you some basic skills and knowledge to correct and bless your energy every day.

Your Brain on Stress

Stress puts our bodies into a survival pattern neurologically, physically, emotionally, and mentally. When this is the case, protection versus growth occurs. Its affects can be devastating. It’s a divine system, but we are not meant to live in it 24/7. We develop stress patterns of living and soon think they are the norm. Come and learn how to recognize the symptoms of stress in your body, what it does, and learn hands- on tools for changing these patterns. This will allow the brain/body system to get back to thriving instead of surviving.
